There is no rule of thumb on how often an office needs to be cleaned. There are many things involved in answering. This is a question most often asked by office managers. It depends on a lot of different factors when trying to answer this question. All offices and businesses need to be cleaned on a daily basis. Even if they are off days, as long as someone is in the office certain things will have to be paid mind to. One of these is the bathroom. Even if traffic is nominal, the bathroom will be used.

Offices that do not receive much foot traffic does not be cleaned as often as let’s say a doctor’s office or clinic. It all depends on the amount of hygiene requirements needed. This being said a mechanics shop does not need as much attention.

It is safe to say a large office will need more attention because of the amount of traffic in and out. The more people entering and exiting the building will bring in more dust and dirt from the outside. This also makes for more germs to be spread around from surface to surface.
