These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of brightcleaningtx.com and the online features provided by Bright Cleaning Services, operated by BCC Solutions LLC (“Bright Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms govern website use only unless a section expressly states otherwise. Commercial cleaning services, pricing, scope, payment terms, service schedules, cancellation rights, and other project-specific obligations are governed by the proposal, service agreement, work order, or other written agreement accepted by the customer. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding purchased services, the written service agreement controls.

2. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about commercial cleaning services, service areas, case studies or project examples, educational content, and methods to request information, quotes, or walkthroughs. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be changed without notice.

Submitting a form, requesting a walkthrough, requesting a quote, or communicating with us through the website does not by itself create a service contract or obligate Bright Cleaning Services to accept a project.

3. Quotes, Walkthroughs, and Service Availability

Any estimate, preliminary discussion, or website description is subject to review of the actual facility, requested scope, access conditions, scheduling, staffing, service area, and other relevant requirements. A walkthrough may be required before a final proposal is issued.

Service availability varies by location, facility type, requested service, schedule, and operational capacity. References to a city or service area on the website do not guarantee that every service is available at every address.

Unless expressly stated in an accepted written agreement, website pricing examples, descriptions, case studies, and marketing content are not binding offers.

4. Cleaning Services and Separate Agreements

If you hire Bright Cleaning Services, the specific services to be performed will be defined in an accepted proposal, work order, contract, or other written scope. The customer is responsible for reviewing the scope, frequencies, exclusions, access requirements, and pricing before approval.

Specialized services—including regulated medical or biohazardous waste handling, hazardous-material work, specialized industrial or machinery cleaning, high-level work, heavy construction-debris removal, or other regulated or specialized tasks—are not included unless expressly reviewed and accepted in writing.

Floor-care recommendations are subject to inspection of the flooring, finish, condition, and manufacturer requirements. Results may vary based on surface condition, prior maintenance, age, damage, and other site-specific factors.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers and website users are responsible for providing accurate information. For on-site services, the customer may also be responsible for providing safe and authorized access, disclosing known hazards or restricted areas, identifying alarm or security procedures, communicating facility-specific product restrictions, and notifying us of conditions that could materially affect the work.

Additional customer responsibilities may be included in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

6. Website Accounts, Forms, and Communications

You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious information through the website. You may not use forms or communication features to transmit malware, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, harvest information, or engage in unlawful activity.

Any liability arising from purchased cleaning services is governed by the applicable written service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Cleaning Services and BCC Solutions LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the website, except to the extent a claim results from our own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute concerning purchased cleaning services remains subject to the dispute-resolution and venue provisions, if any, contained in the applicable written service agreement.
